You can taste directly wines and extravirgin olive oil and buy them at favourable prices.
The wine is sold in bottle and loose.

VERNACCIA DI SAN GIMIGNANO D.O.C.G.

Exclusive wine of S.Gimignano area, made with a selection of Vernaccia grapes( vernaccia is the historical white wine of this area) harvested at the end of September in the vineyard of the farm. The wine- making is “in white” without using peels, with pre-fermentative decantations in order to preserve the taste and the flavour. The wine stays in cask until April-May when it is ready to be bottled.
Colour: straw-coulored with strong greenish reflections.
Scent: fruits, reminding the green apple and banana.
Taste: fresh, otray, harmonic, lovely style with the typical almond after taste.
To be served: it works perfectly as an aperitif, with saffron first dishes, white meats such as chicken.

CHIANTI D.O.C.G.

Wine produced with sangiovese, canaiolo, colorino, malvasia and trebbiano grapes ( in small quantities), in accordance with tradictional instructions. The grapes are harvested during the first and the second week of October in the vineyards of the farm and the wine-making process is made with the tradictional “governo toscano” practice. The wine sets untila May-June when it is ready to be bottled.
Colour: deep ruby colour.
Scent: red fruits reminding marasca and violet.
Taste: fresh, harmonic with a moderate tannin.
To be served: it works with salted pork and meats.
Temperature: 16°-18° C.

TOSCANA IGT BIANCO

Wine produced with vernaccia grapes harvested at the end of September in the vineyards of the farm.
The wine-making process is white in accordance with traditional style. The wine stays in cask until April-May, when is ready to be bottled.
To be served with fish and white meats.
Temperature: 10°-12° C.

EXTRA-VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

Extra- virgin olive oil made at low temperature pressing, with different kinds of olives: frantoio, moraiolo, leccino, pendolino, all picked by hand during the months of November-December of every year. After pressing the new olive oil is bottled without being filtered, in order to preserve the taste.
The peculiarity of this extra-virgin olive oil is a low acidity 0,2 and it is fine and delicate.
Colour: straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Scent: intese olive.
Taste: fine, harmonic with a light piquant note.
Very good with vegetables, pasta, grilled bread, meat.
Packaging: marasca bottles 0,5- 1- 5 litres
